FD   Acquisition of School Sites                                                                             FD

 

The board and the superintendent shall, at all times, keep in mind the future building needs of the district and give due consideration to the acquisition of school sites well in advance of need.

 

Minimum Sizes for School Sites

 

Elementary school site - 10 useable acres minimum, plus one additional acre for every 100 students;

 

Middle school site - 20 useable acres minimum, plus one additional acre for every 100 students; and

 

Senior high school site - 30 useable acres minimum, plus one additional acre for every 100 students.
