The instructional staff shall be responsible to assist in developing student learning outcomes and curriculum guides and to incorporate them into their daily teaching.

 

Pilot Projects

 

The use of pilot projects is encouraged by the board before districtwide implementation of any curriculum area is initiated.

 

Pilot Project Evaluation

 

Before any pilot project proposal is submitted to the board for approval, an evaluation format shall be developed and included with the pilot project and such proposals shall comply with any provisions found in the master contract. 

 

Curriculum Adoption

 

No course of study shall be eliminated or new course added without approval of the board, nor shall any basic alteration or reduction of a course of study be made without such approval.
